This describes the way the band is made up of individuals who are each superb performers in their own right and who are able to provide high impact, tailor-made comedy, cabaret and musical inserts which can be appropriately punctuated throughout the evening , culminating in the big band dance party at the end – and no band keeps its audience on the dance-floor like the Centrestage All-Star Band!

Gino Fabbri is something to behold when it comes to quick-witted, endearing, off-the-cuff comedy, which he does in the guise of a range of different characters, each with their own comedy material which gets adapted for the occasion.

This allows Gino to interact within elements of the function – or to create fun and laughter by interacting with the audience or special guests in the most likeable fashion, which can go a long way towards making them feel really special in a meaningful way.

In this way, while Gino does not need to perform an official MC role, he can embody and communicate the values and messages of the client – and add surprise elements into the function by appearing throughout the evening to perform basic house-keeping MC duties to provide an introduction for these elements – and keep the entertainment factor high throughout the evening.

Our entertainers have extensive experience performing in a range of different environments. We create entertainment for a cross section of functions from intimate 20-pax corporate venues to the likes of Gallagher Estates, Durban ICC and the Sun City Superbowl – and perform in ensembles which range from solo performers, duos and backing tracks groups right through to the full 9-hander band.
