Joint partner and technical supplier

LineOut Productions, PE's premier technical and events company, is Centrestage's joint partner in Centrestage@Baywest and the venue's technical supplier. Together they opened the venue in September 2024.

Venue rental

Includes venue hire, a standard technical package and basic marketing support. Send us your date and we will quote the day rate and anything you would like to add.

  • Enquiries are held in the venue diary for a maximum of 48 hours.
  • A non-refundable 50% deposit confirms and secures the booking.
  • The balance is payable no later than two weeks before the event.
  • Extra technical equipment, staffing, extended marketing and custom requirements are quoted separately.

Ticketing

Sell tickets your way

Ticket prices are set by the artist or client. Tickets can be sold through the Centrestage box office (Wendy) or on Quicket.

  • Quicket: a service fee is added to the ticket price and shown to the buyer.
  • Centrestage box office: includes direct customer assistance, at a 10% commission.
  • Door management, front-of-house staff and seating allocation can be arranged at an extra cost.
  • If you manage your own bookings, full payment is required upfront. Centrestage may deduct outstanding fees from ticket sales before payout.
  • Quicket payouts are processed within 24 hours of the funds arriving from Quicket.
