Included in Venue Hire

Standard inclusions - please acknowledge before continuing

The following services are included in the standard venue hire and do not need to be selected:

  • Venue hire - 1 day (320 pax dinner / 500 pax theatre, sound check on event day included)
  • Stage (9.6m × 4.8m)
  • Basic sound and lighting engineering
  • Full sound PA system and lighting setup for basic theatre
  • Radio mics and mic stands (1× wireless mic + 1× spare, 1× mic stand)
  • Audiovisual (2× large screens with projectors)
  • Basic draping & décor (black drapes and tablecloths)
  • Access to greenroom / changing area & foyer
  • On-site venue & technical manager
  • Basic venue cleaning services
  • Bar staff
  • Backup generator in case of power outages
  • Pre-loaded free parking tickets (Baywest Mall)
  • Facebook event + posts across social media and WhatsApp/email databases (marketing remains the responsibility of the client)

Optional Add-on Services

Quoted for separately - leave any items as None if not required

Basic sound operator included. Advanced sound engineer required for bands, orchestras, etc.
Basic lighting operator included. Advanced lighting engineer and pre-programming required for larger-scale shows / events.
